In connection with the schemes for storage of oil

fuel abroad, I am commanded by My Lords Commissionere of the

Admiralty to transmit for the information of the Overses

Defence Committee a plan ebowing the proposed aiting of the

tanks at Hong Kong and to ask for the concurrence or remarka

of the Committee from a defence point of view.
